Christine Batayola, M.S.E., P.E.
Civil Engineer
At Harms Engineering, Inc. (HEI), Ms. Batayola is the engineer responsible for the design and construction management of water supply, storage, distribution and treatment projects. These projects include nitrate and arsenic remediation for public water supply, water system upgrades and comprehensive water system plans. She also has significant knowledge and experience in State and Federal funding for these water system improvements.
In addition, she assists with civil site and subdivision engineering, contract administration and failure analysis. Her experience and expertise allow her to see the big picture and manage the details at the same time.
Since 1996, and prior to joining the HEI design team, Ms. Batayola worked at Hanford's Vitrification Project, at a design firm in Pennsylvania, and for a construction contractor in California. Her expertise includes drinking water system design, planning, traffic and municipal engineering, site development, construction inspection, construction management, and structural engineering.
