Jeffrey Jensen, P.E.
Civil Engineer
Jeff Jensen brings to Harms Engineering, Inc. (HEI) 17 years of engineering experience in land development as co-owner of Jensen & Associates, Medford, Oregon. In that capacity he was responsible for management of the development process for the 2500+ lot Summerfield master-planned community as well as numerous other smaller residential subdivisions and PUD's, commercial and industrial developments. He not only provided master planning, but also lot layout, utility coordination, and storm water detention design, cost estimates and management during the construction phase.
At HEI Mr. Jensen is the project engineer for all private and public, residential, commercial and industrial site development work. He also assists in forensic cases.
